What happens
Twelve players split into five departments โ marketing, appointments, sales, production, accounting โ and run nine projects against a 90-minute clock. They generate leads, book jobs, close deals, build the work, and collect the money. Every round burns payroll, so standing around costs real (play) money. Between rounds come the leadership scenarios: the difficult hire, the unhappy customer, the tempting shortcut.
Then a 15-minute debrief: what did the clock teach you about responsibility?
